ARTIST PROFILE
Mary has been passionate about painting from a very young age and believes that if one follows their heart, they are following their true path. Living by the kaizen principle of constant never ending change and improvement, she endeavors to always be open to learning and growth.
Based in Toronto, Ontario, she works mainly with acrylics on canvas and her work has been described as colorful and vibrant with an animated twist. Her styles and ideas are ever evolving and she looks forward to exploring all to the fullest. Her paintings are hanging in a selection of homes and she had her first group exhibit at the John B. Aird Gallery in 2008. She has also donated paintings to help raise money for local charities.
Mary is also an actor, loves playing the piano and has composed a few pieces. Mary focuses on staying in the moment and trusting that all the visions and ideas that she has that are meant to be, will be accomplished in this lifetime, with the patience, preparation and perseverance that inform all her actions.

YOU CAN IF YOU WANT TO
There is no true desire without faculty and no faculty without opportunity. When you really desire to be or to do something, when you really desire it – it is a sign… Indeed, that very desire is really the faculty itself making itself known to you by craving for expression.
A true desire stays, and as time goes on it increases in force instead of diminishing. Given the desire and the developed faculty…that door will open automatically.
